If you're not completely satisfied, we'll take it back!

We strive to provide our customers with the best quality possible on every product they receive. All products are made-to-order with great care taken to ensure optimum results. This includes such things as adjusting font sizes and placement for the best look, using quality printers, and trying to meet any special requests you may have.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return any unaltered products for replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt.

How to return your product

1. Click here to proceed to our online contact form to receive a Return Merchandies Authorization (RMA) number.
2. In the subject field, type "RMA Request - [Your order #]".
3. In the message body, be sure to indicate whether you want a replacement or a refund.
4. Once we have sent you an RMA number, clearly write this number on the outside packaging of the item to be returned.
5. Send the package to:

SimplyCertified.com is not responsible for lost goods. It is recommend that you return your product using a shipping method that provides tracking. In certain circumstances, SimplyCertified.com may require you to fund the replacement shipping costs. In the event that this is the case, you will be notified prior to shipping your item back to us.

Exceptions

Unfortunately we do a couple exceptions, in which case a refund or replacement will not be honored:

• Customer-faulted typographical errors
  All products are created with the exact spelling that was provided when ordering. If you have mispelt a name or the certification (when creating a custom certification), we cannot be held responsible. We strongly suggest you review your order to ensure accuracy.
• Packages received without RMA #
  In order to keep track of orders and returns, we require that RMA numbers be requested in order for a refund to be accepted. Packages received without an RMA # will either be declined or ignored.

SimplyCertified.com reserves the right to partially limit refund amounts for any reason, at its sole discretion.

Refunds will be issued in the method in which the payment was made, and any shipping costs are non-refundable.
