Can I make a small change to the certification?

We are glad to make minor alterations to the default certification listed on the website. An example of a change might be changing something like "best friend on earth" to "best friend ever" or "best friend in the world".

If you wish to make a major change, or simply a different one altogether, you can go ahead and create your own certification.
 

I'm having problems using my own font

The major cause of problems for uploading fonts is that it seems you cannot select a file in your default fonts folder (such as C:WindowsFonts). If you want to upload a font that is in this folder, you must first copy it to another folder, where you will be able to select it.

Another thing to consider is that font files must not exceed 100 Kilobytes. For virtually all fonts, this is not an issue.

Can I preview my certificate?

Yes, when you view your cart there is a "Preview" link beside each item. You can use this to get a good idea of how the certificate will look. Please keep in mind that this is an automatically generated preview on the fly and there may be errors such as misalignment. This will NOT be the case in the final product as they are created manually and checked for such problems.

If you would like, we would be happy to send you a PDF Proof prior to shipping your item. When you checkout, simply indicate you would like a "PDF Proof", and we will e-mail you one for approval prior to shipping your item. You will need something that reads PDF documents, such as Acrobat Reader, which is freely available.
Note: If you choose to receive a PDF Proof, your item will not be shipped out within 24 hours.
 

Customized certificates

If you you require certificates for your sports team, school or other orginization, we would be happy to assist you with the creation of the necessary certificates. We will try out best to accomodate your needs, including the addition of extra images or text on certificates, different paper (if available), and anything else you may require. Please contact one of our customer service representatives who would be pleased to help you.
