Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are processed and shipped from Ontario, Canada within 24 business hours of receiving the completed order. Items ordered late Friday-Sunday will be shipped out Monday morning.

Packaging

Unframed items are shipped via regular letter mail with a cardboard insert to protect against bends. We do not use corrugated cardboard inserts as they tend to reach a certain point and then bend excessively and stay bent. Instead, we use chipboard, a thinner, more sturdy material. There is also a "FRAGILE. DO NOT BEND" notice on the outside packaging. Framed items are shipped using bubble mailers. Through our experience, the above packaging has been sufficient to protect the documents from damage during transit. However, if your item arrives damaged, please alert us immediately.

Unframed items are shipped via regular mail and framed items are shipped using various shipping services. All framed items include tracking information.
