Payment methods

At the moment the only payment option is PayPal. If you do not already know, PayPal is owned by PayPal and is the leading online payment processor. Your financial information is secure; in fact, we never even see it! Additionally, if you do not already have a PayPal account, we accept credit card payments through PayPal as well. Remember that you are submitting your financial information to PayPal, a very large and well-trusted corporation! For more information about PayPal, please click here.

Bulk Orders

If you would like to purchase more than 20 certificates at once, we offer very appealing discounts for bulk orders. If you intend on purchasing 20+ certificates, please contact us and one of our customer service representatives will be able to assist you through the short and simple process.

Non-profit orginzations

We do offer a discount for non-profit orginizations, and you will need to contact us for more information. Discounts are applied on an individual basis depending on what the volume of certificates ordered as well as the total price before discounts.

Three important points to consider for non-profit orginization discounts:

• You must prove that the originization is non-profit (I.e. Tax Id)
• You must prove that you are directly affiliated with the orginization
• Orders will ONLY be shipped to the orginizations' address

Sales tax

Because items are shipping out from Canada, any orders shipped to a Canadian address are subject to 6% GST, as required by law.

Custom orders

If you you require certificates for your sports team, school or other orginization, we would be happy to assist you with the creation of the necessary certificates.

We will try out best to accomodate your needs, including the addition of extra images or text on certificates, different paper (if available), and anything else you may require.
